I really enjoy a good haunt. Not this one. The actors were terrible. Most were minimum wage teenagers who appeared miserable and broke character every two minutes. It was not uncommon to observe the actors conversing with one another or other customers. Some of the actors even broke character temporarily to apologize for the horrible haunt. The jump scares were predictable. The creator attempted to scare us by loud and obnoxious sounds, but he/she only succeeded in harming our ears. We were unable to differentiate between each maze since they all appeared the same. However, one maze featured loud electronic music with heavy base and strobe lights throughout. I believe this one was called Wasteland or Swarm. In line, we felt as though we were about to enter a night club. Scare anticipation at its finest folks. The creator did a great job getting us to dance through this one. We walked through all but one maze, Insanitarium. The Fast Pass line had a 40-minute wait, which is 40+ more minutes of my life, no thanks. Insanitarium appeared the same as the others, only you can enter alone. Entering a fun house alone with terrible actors does not make it anymore frightening. Besides, you were able to observe the terrible actors on live video.
We read the other reviews regarding the high volume of teenagers. This was true and annoying.
We made a terrible mistake purchasing the Fast Pass tickets. The Fast Pass places you in line B instead of line A. Both lines were equally long and customers from each line were led into the maze at the same speed. The price for this event was outrageous, considering the lack of effort. Although our pockets suffered from this event, we were more upset that a time machine was unavailable at the end to refund us our three painful hours.
