  • My car was announcing breaks so I took it here thinking I needed the front pads I went into this auto shop thinking I needed my front break pads changed on my SUV. Owner started the work right away and said it would take about one hour. Towards the end of the job being completed I asked the mechanic that I wanted to see the old break pads. That's when the mechanic said it DIDN'T need the front break pads changed but that the owner still asked him to complete the work so I could be charged. The mechanic said that the front break pads were practically new. I still have them as proof. When the mechanic said this I still wanted to be reasonable and work with the Owner. I asked the owner "why would you perform a break service on a SUV that it didn't need it?" He became nervous and defensive saying I said I wanted a break job. I asked why wouldn't he informed me that it didn't need the breaks changed, at that point I could had made a decision if I wanted the work done or not. Overall this shop performed a service on my car that WAS NOT NEEDED. I can see this business taking advantage of our consumers and it's sad to see that honest people are being ripped off. The owner thinks it's funny, I told him that I know he knows he is not being fair and is ripping me off- he replied with "well, that's how I'm successful" good luck.
