  • I have been going to Fogo for more than 10 years and have always enjoyed my meal, until recently. The last 2 visits at the Scottsdale location have been sub-par. The salad bar is still good, however too many times they either did not have or ran out of smoked salmon. My last visit was on Christmas day. The web site said regular dinner prices, however, once at the restaurant they were charging more. The disappointment comes with the meat. Most selections were tough and dry. They did not have the baby lamb chops as usual and the overall quality of the meats has gone down. The service has also gone down. I never had to ask for the sides that automatically come with the meal. I've had to ask the last few times and they did not refill either the bread or bananas. I ended the meal with coffee and my coffee was not refilled. I had to wait and ask for a refill. I don't mind spending over a hundred dollars for a meal if it's good, but Fogo no longer fits that bill.
