I have been a home-owner for a condo at Camelback Castille for 1 year. I have attended most HOA meetings. As I work in a field that works with property management myself, I can tell you I would have been fired already if I operated HOA meetings like this company does. Leadership that attends from Golden Valley remarks openly about being bad at remembering administrative tasks like posting meeting minutes, they take multiple meetings and reminders to take action on work asked for by owners, and they claim to have no control over their online HOA payment system which double charged me one month and took multiple phone calls to get reimbursed for. At our last community meeting (as we are about to undergo renovations in the next two weeks) a committee meeting for paint colors was suggested but the property company wanted to put that off until mid/late September. Members thankfully denied and mandated we pick in August in order to not delay our own work. I have not been convinced in any way that the company cares about maintenance of property, safety, or management of owners/rentals.
You'll also notice that not all of their properties are photographed for yelp... which makes sense because they're neglected. Photos here aren't a representation of their properties.
