  • booked reservation from Prescott to PHX airport... shuttle service was over 20 minutes late for pick-up (I called the office when van was 5 minutes late and was told the driver was delayed because of a "difficult to load passenger")... must of been real difficult since it took 20 minutes to load someone. van was completely full... one would think the company would have the schedule wired... 20 minutes late is unacceptable, plan accordingly or use the competition.
