  • I'm so fed up with this service center. In the beginning they were wonderful but have declined over the years. I can't get calls returned, when they follow up on a service appointment and I voice the problem they say they will call me back and never do. I've inquired about additional warranty, repairs, etc, and promised calls which I never receive. Simultaneously the sales department solicits heavily through mail, email, and by phone. My most recent complaint is I'm traveling and my coolant light came on. I was 40 miles from the closest BMW service center in freezing conditions and they wouldn't give me a recommendation of what aftermarket coolant I could put in my car. I asked to talk to a different representative and they transferred me to the parts department, who never picked up the call. I called back and asked again for someone different, they just sent me back to the same uncooperative service manager. Their customer service is terrible. It certainly doesn't make me want to give them any more business.
