  • i've used this ENTERPRISE location many times because it is very close to my home....there is always a glitch.....this time.....called the location at 2 pm to verify that my mini van is there i had requested a van that had sliding rear doors on both sides....i was assured that the van was there and ready for my 5 pm pick up.....got there at 4:45 ...no van....waited until 5:50 for the van.....it was not at the location as i was told at 2 pm.....one of the staff had to go to another location and pick up the van....i was treated like this was business as usual....no concern for my inconvenience......that whole crew gets a minus ten in my book...
