  • WHY CAN'T I GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR!! -- THIS PLACE SUCKS! AND THEIR COMMERCIAL NEEDS TO GO! READ THIS REVIEW AND KNOW THE TRUTH. Two reasons NEVER to use Abbey Dental" 1) Their TV advertising is intentionally deceptive. While the TV commercial is saying "we offer the LOWEST prices in dental care," the graphics are showing the words "some of the" in VERY tiny print. Then, 2) Once you are evaluated by a dentist for a cavity or pain (whatever) the SALES CLOSER comes in and tries to convince you your mouth is worse off than it seems and they try to sell you financing packages pay for their services. This kind of "slick willy" operation must work on a LOT of people, which is why their waiting room is full all day with unsuspecting fools who don't check out two or three more opinions. MY EXPERIENCE? I needed ONE cavity filled. ONE. I saw three dentists. One dentist took care of me for a reasonable rate, another wanted more than I was willing to pay, and Abbey Dental actually tried to show me an x-ray with THREE cavities in it. I shook my head, feeling a hoodwinking abrew, then I reached in my bag and pulled out my recent FREE x-rays from the other dentists. Just when you thought dentists and doctors were supposed to be ethical.
