| - This is a good hotel for the price. It was one of the least expensive 3+ star hotels I could find in the downtown area, and for the lower relative cost, it's pretty nice.
Here are a few pros and cons:
Pros: Good location (half mile from Arizona center, less than a mile from CityScape, Chase Field, etc.), big rooms with separate working/living area and a really big couch, two TVs in the double queen rooms, gym with free weights, free breakfast. They also let me check in early and postpone my check out time an hour from 12pm to 1pm.
Cons: Breakfast had a good selection, but the food wasn't very good - stale bagel, no cream cheese (that I could find), and fruit that looked and tasted like it was past it's prime, gym is tiny and without any floor mats.
Overall, I'd recommend, especially if it remains one of the less expensive options in the area.
