  • Horrible customer service ! I had been going with this company for over 2 years now and I had lashes falling out and setting in the wrong direction. I called for an adjustment and they claimed it would be $30 just to adjust them. I had paid $80 for a fill the prior day and now they are wanting $30 more for their mistake. This is crazy! I have spent thousands with this company and given countless referrals and they choose to be greedy over a small $30. Horrible customer service in my opinion. Will never recommend or go back to this place.
