"Slightly aloof " someone previously described their customer service. I disagree a little. The sales associates seemed put off by assisting any customer really. Does someone hate their job much??? Had to ask a security guard if anyone worked in the store. Finally stalked a sales associate and got him to fetch me a catalog but had to wait for another to free up so they could actually help hands on with the handbags. Teresa, ended up assisting me and she was very sweet and personable; after she found out I was a local. The handbag selection is very good for a stateside store.
The Watches and Jewelry department was a more pleasant experience with customer service. Loved my time there while shopping for a watch. Kavin, was most helpful and eager to explain the mechanisms and history behind each piece. Though I don't think I'll ever spend more on a watch at LV than at Rolex, it was definitely nice to be treated well as a customer, FINALLY!
Yes, they are the largest store in the USA but they need to work on their attention to customers. I don't care how large your store is, be professional. And if you are under staffed, hire more! It's unacceptable to beg someone to help you spend that kind of money in your store!
