  • This is the most incompetent McDonald's I've ever been to. I've been there twice. Both times I ordered a Diet Coke with no ice. Pretty freaking easy right? WRONG. The first time they gave me a regular coke with ice. The only thing they got right was that it went in a cup. The second time they gave me a regular coke with no ice. At least they improved, right? The whole staff needs to be retrained. It doesn't matter how many cars are in the drive thru I can guarantee you'll be waiting at least ten minutes for your wrong order to be ready even if it's just a drink.
