  • I don't even know where to begin with the positives for this community. From the leasing office - Sokha, Bri and Amber- to concierge, to the security and maintenance staff... They are ALL top notch. True professionals and good people. I have leased from various communities in the Vegas valley, and I have to say they set the bar extremely high for what a tenant/property relationship should be. Warm, professional, understanding and the highest levels of integrity! Juhl is a beautiful, convenient, clean community located downtown and the amenities are amazing! A beautiful resort style pool, a stunning rooftop deck, an immaculate and well appointed gym, a well lit safe and clean dog run for big and small fur babies alike, restaurants and a local watering hole on property, secure parking.... I could go on and on about the great things that makes being a Juhl resident incredible, but you should really discover them for yourself if you are considering a move downtown!!! As far as negatives.... I haven't any to share! Yes, there is no guest parking, but pro tip : free parking on 4th street!!! Oh, and my power bill is sometimes almost $60 (lol, usually $40-$50). Amazing property, great residents, amazing staff! Well done, Juhl. I plan to stay here for as long as you will have me!!!
