  • DO NOT USE THIS POOL SERVICE! I have been a customer for over one year. Pool man called me one day and told me it was time for them to come out and drain my pool. So I agreed and we set up an appointment. The tech came out and could not find the main sewer pipe in my front yard to use to drain my pool. His demeanor with me was terrible. He got very upset because he could not find the sewer pipe and was just nasty about it. I showed him where the drain was and he proceeded to drain my pool. Two days later my whole house backed up. Sewage water backed up in my toilets, tubs, showers....I called an emergency Plummer to come out and clear the line. The Plummer told me that there were rocks in my main sewage drain. It cost me $335 to get my drain cleared and when I went back to Poolman with my plumbing bill they refused to pay for the repair when it clearly was their technician knocking rock into my main drainage line. I cancelled my service with them and never will recommend them to anyone. They are terrible!!!
