  • I was in the store for 35 minutes and never got greeted. Even once. But there were about 7 employees standing near by talking. I wanted to try on Fenty but I guess maybe I didn't fit the mold of their usual customer so I got overlooked. I literally got three different foundation colors and tried them on at the vanities on my own without one person asking me if I needed help. I love the Sephora's at home (Las Vegas) even though they are swamped I still get greeted and asked if I need help. I love the girls at my home store. These ladies here ignored almost every woman of color that walked in. Guess that's Scottsdale Arizona for you. Super disappointed! Here's the icing on the cake. I asked for a sample from a MANAGER (grey hair) and even she looked like at me like I was a burden.. like really? I'm good on returning here. I feel bad for women of color that live near here and have to shop here.. Ladies order online.
