  • We've been taking our cars here every week for many years now. When I recently came across a Groupon for 1/2 off their "Ultimmate" wash I was thrilled. This morning I redeemed my Groupon. When I arrived home I noticed that they had done a terrible job of cleaning the wheels and removing the water spots on the rear bumper (this is because they never opened the trunk lid). Then I checked the carpet mats and noticed that they were bone dry (which indicated that they never cleaned the mats which is part of the Ultimate wash). I called them to complain and spoke with Miguel who was apologetic and said that they would gladly redo the wash job. I told him that for the hour it would take me to bring it in, I would rather just have my son redo the wheels and wipe down the water spots. While on the subject, I am getting sick and tired of this one loudmouthed aggressive jackass that keeps trying to get me to have this microscopic windshield chip repaired. The last two times I have visited the car wash he has literally chased me into the cashier area while yelling "SIR....SIR....SIR". Do I really need to put up with this aggravation simply to get my car washed? This place has rapidly gone downhill!
