Best advice: eat before you go. Sometimes you need to go back to a place to remember why you stopped going. We ordered and forty minutes passed...the bartender told us, "sorry for the wait, we had a power outage and are trying to catch up," and we told him it was no problem, and yet the chef/owner was calmly chit chatting with tables like he was the belle of the ball, rather than helping his underwater staff. The food was so bad we laughed uncontrollably. Cheesy grits had no trace of salt and pepper, were very much undercooked and had an uncomfortable gritty yet thin texture much like prison gruel. A positive note, my husband remarked the cereal would aid in peristalsis. Fried rice was like it had been left out in the parking lot overnight and then microwaved. French toast was great, but did not make up for the debacle that Fire Food and Drink remains to be.
