  • Made an appointment for my small dog to get groomed. Dropped her off. She's not happy; very nervous. Come back 2 hours later and am told her groomer is on break and there is no way of knowing where she is in the process (I guess walking 10 steps to the door of the back room to check is too much to ask). Two more hours go by, still no call so I just go. I arrive and she is still being worked on. She was stress panting at this point. When I got her home she drank an entire bowl of water. Additionally, the Hair on her head and back was shaved unevenly leaving me to have to touch it up. Bad form groomers at PM Henderson.
