| - Hoorah! I have dental insurance (which they accept) and it's still cheaper than a regular dentist.
Since my last review, Forrest graduated, I had a new student, who was quite disappointing. Doubled-booked me once, was unprepared and ran late all 3 or 4 times when I had arrived. Was always asking his neighbors for supplies or favors, more often than his neighbors or Forrest did (each student has their own chair and cubicle, next to each other, in a very large room of 40+ chairs) Definitely 1 star worthy. Fortunately, I spoke to a coordinator there, explained my situation and as typical protocol, switched me to a new student doctor, Brian L, who is much improved and speedier. I received a few more fillings since then (never seems to end, ugh - is this some racket here ?!) although one of them had fallen out, 6 months after they were put in ! Brian was surprised and said they should last 15 years, apologized, and didn't charge me for a replacement filling.
Satisfied with the price and service that I receive but still leaves me wanting for a real dentist.
