| - The wait time at the Glendale location is absolutely ridiculous. I checked in on their app, waited 2 days and was still 125th on the wait list, so I decided to go in to see if I can get my items. I explained the situation to the lady at the front office, her response was "wait for the text" I asked for an estimated time because it had already been 2 days, she said "I dont know, just wait for the text" I then asked if I could just check in as a walk in and wait the 3-4 hours for my items, she looked like she had no idea what I was asking and said "no, no no" I give her the hand like WTF? I then walked to the back desk where a guy kinda looked like he knew what he was doing, he tells me the best thing to do is wait for the text.... So I wait 5 more days, yes 5 more days and I get the text. I arrive and surprise, surprise, they cant find some of my stuff. At that point I am over it and just request a refund, but now their internet is down, guy at the desk tells me "they didn't pay the bill" WTF!! Auction nation management should take a serious look at the Glendale location...They seem like they absolutely do not care about the customer buying the item. They take a %15 premium on every single item sold, time to start investing some of that $$$ in some good management and some quality warehouse workers.
