I was referred to VetMed Emergency after a visit to my primary vet, my pup had bladder stones and needed emergency surgery. All of the staff is friendly and efficient which is a comfort when your baby is sick. The vet performed a procedure which helped reduce risk until my dog could get her surgery. I was called periodically by the vet and her assistant to keep me updated and when I got impatient and called them, the reception staff was exceptionally pleasant and didn't make it sound like I was an incovenience. I had an emergency with one of my horses, so my husband had to pick up my girl for me. The vet assistant explained it all to him and went over all the instructions. They are expensive, but they are board certified surgeons and know their stuff. I have a happy healthy pup (and horse) and I love this place!
