Do not order from direct tv!! They are thieves! I just moved into a new apt and ordered direct tv /century link bundle. I was not informed that the Internet was as slow as dial up. (I was a cox customer before with no problems) but direct tv offered a great deal so went for it. Well HUGE mistake . Century link is willing to cancel my internet service thankfully when I called they even told me I should have been informed of how slow the Internet is. but now I am stuck with direct tv. I don't want it. I called cox and got a bundle Internet/phone deal and want to add the tv. But direct t won't let me out of a contract for a service I only had for 2 days!!!! I ordered it as a bundle and no one from direct tv informed me how slow the Internet would be. I would have never gone for it.. As well no one told me I only had 24 hours to cancel. They told me NOTHING!! They lead me to believe I have great a great deal when in the end I am paying more now due having to go to another Internet provider!! Worst service ever! I will take his to BBB,consumer affairs, Twitter, local newspaper. Anyone who who will listen to how direct tv rips people off!!! And it only gets one star because I can't give it NONE!!
