  • I am currently looking online for frames to FINALLY get my glasses and remembered my experience here on 01/21/18 and I just have to leave a review. I usually try to visit an establishment twice before leaving a bad review to get a legitimate experience and to be fair. But since I have worked in the medical field myself, I cant let this pass. I was seen by Dr. Sirintr and she was sweet and lovely! Unfortunately, I cant give this place anything over 2 stars base on my experience with the staff. I wish I could say better things since Dr. Sirintr was great but my experience with the female staff who assisted me with fitting a pair of contact lenses was pretty traumatizing. I have never worn contact lenses before so Dr. Sirintr sent a gal to test fit a set on me after the exam. I kept blinking since I was new to it and probably took a good 15 mins for her to finally put them on me. The problem was that the gal kept wiping her hands on her shirt and pants / scrub. Not to mention the fact that she had long (fake looking) nails. She even scratched her face while putting the lenses on me and kept going. I was so irritated so I asked her a few times if I could just do it myself (I asked politely) until she finally said she has to do it since I have never done it before. She told me that I will go on training to learn how to put them on before I leave the office. BTW during the training, the other staff told me make sure my hands are absolutely clean before even touching my eyes or contact lenses...uhuh, tell that to your co worker. I really did want to talk to someone in charge, not to throw a fit but just to inform of what happened. But since I came in as a walk in on a busy afternoon (I waited an hour to be seen but didnt mind at all), by the time my exam, fitting and training ended, it was already closing time so I thought to let it go for that day and just leave a review. At the end I ended up just keeping that one pair I purchased and decided to go with glasses. This experience was pretty traumatizing. Im glad this is not the closes location to me.
