  • I had a wonderful experience with Schubach's from start to finish. I did a custom design project (ring) with them, and it came out exactly as the CADs promised they would, at exactly the promised price, and by my stated deadline. I was worried because it was a very complex design, but it came out just as I wanted. Can't ask more from a jeweler. I'm an extremely picky jewelry buyer and a member of several online jewelry forums and I have zero complaints about craftsmanship or anything else. I will also say that Joe is a delightful person and was very good at helping me calm down or understand the custom process when I was nervous about it. He wasn't afraid to give feedback when it prevented me from taking my ring in the wrong direction, and he spent a lot of time with me on the phone and through emails. I love my ring! If you want a really outstanding bench at a fair price with stellar service, Schubach's is the right place. I'm surprised a custom project could go so well when we did it all long distance from another state!
