It's not the location I was disappointed with, it was my hair dresser. I've never been so frustrated with an appointment. Attempting to communicate and book was already a nightmare, it was a sign I should have never gone through with scheduling an appointment. When I arrived I knew I was double booked. A balayage that took about 4 hours. When the bleach crusted and dried over I was above irritated. I ended up paying and leaving without a haircut. Double booking your appointment is unacceptable and not keeping to your word was disappointing. I really tried to connect with my hairdresser as I was hoping to have someone who cared for my hair as much as I do. I guess I will have to continue on to find a hairdresser.
