  • I wish I had read these reviews before calling this company for water service for my home. I called them back in October to schedule delivery of cooler and 2 bottles of water. No one came or even called on this 'scheduled' date but I surely got charged for the delivery. $73. I've been trying to get my money refunded ever since but the only thing they tell me is they have to email the local company to refund me. Oh! Then the next month, they charge me AGAIN!!! They are THE WORST. I just filed A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. Just give me my money back. I never want to deal with them again. Negative 100 stars.
