  • New Car Purchase Experience: I recently relocated from out of state and needed a car for a long home-to-work commute. Sent an inquiry through Toyota.com which landed in the box of Mike Perez who promptly emailed me asking for what I was interested in. Showed up at the dealership to drive a Prius C. Mike was enthusiastic and friendly. At no time was he pushy or suggesting I leave with a car that day. Took a test drive and later on that day felt my needs would be better served with a 2015 Camry LE Hybrid. Over the next couple of days Mike worked on finding a car that met my color, requirements and price. He went to work on closing the deal that met my ask. This was a 100% stress free buying experience. He had the car cleaned, gassed up and ready for my arrival. Bucky, the finance guy was cheerful and friendly and I was in and out in just a few minutes. Mike went the extra mile to follow me in the new car to my residence since I didn't have anyone to deliver my car. It's unfortunate there are many poor reviews of the dealership but it goes to show there's a lot of luck needed to find the right sales person who is willing to make the car buying experience a great one. Mike Perez is the guy you want. I just hope my service experience at Right Toyota is similar to my purchase experience.
