  • Long term parking tonight had a jerk for the shuttle driver to Ray road lot. He wouldn't help with loading or unloading luggage. He never spoke to his riders. We couldn't get out of lot due to chip not working. He just sat in his van and watched us struggle then left the lot. Wasted a half hour trying to get out of there. There were 6 cars. Finally one of them figured out a solution and shared it. It was 10pm on Friday 7-1.
