  • So, update and photo... I had to write bad reviews on every Certapro yelp page in order to get a response. I was responded to by ALL OTHER OWNERS at the other locatioms, they apologized for the issues with this specific Certapro location. I removed those reviews because the owners of the other Certapro locations we very responsive and nice... I did receive a call from Jeff... one call... I was unfortunately working as most folks do, so k wasn't able to answer. Jeff advised on his voicemail that he email the operations manager and another person, an of I should be hearing from then soon. I didn't respond to Jeff's voicemail because he had expressed that he's currently experiencing a family emergency. I received a call several days later from a man saying he was givin some info about the issue and he would like to talk about it. I again was working and couldn't answer the phone. I called back and left a voicemail, in the voicemail I supplied the best time to call me back when I wouldn't be at work. I received one call after that NOT at the requested time, but again during the work day when I wasn't able to answer.... to date I haven't had any other calls. I now see why my yard was disrespected, of they truly wanted to rectify the situation, he would have called more than once and he would have called at the requested time. Additionally, there's still taped up plastic at my home... they were suppose to come and clean it up (per the HOA) but no one ever came. I'm pretty disappointed at this experience, but if this is how "owners" run their business, then I can see why the employees are so trashy and disrespectful. Here's some insight to the owners of this location- you're employees will only be as good as you are, if you suck, they will suck. I learned that when I was in my early 20's... I'm sure thebowners are older than 20, so it seems they still have quite a bit to learn about running a business in this day in age... consumers are smart and you'll be out of business unless you get your shit together. I will why everyone away from using Certapro, unfortunately, the owners of this location have now affected my view of the entire company. I don't care what location it is. I'll never use this company.
