After FIVE trips to the shop I am more than dissatisfied. The manager was very eager to be of assistance the initial and second visit HOWEVER by visit FOUR, George became condescending and unprofessional. "Well mam I gave you a good deal." Uh I paid to have my coolant system fixed it wasn't free! With each visit there was some NEW issue. . Three different mechanics serviced my car over the five visits. I would have liked to return to have other things done, when needed, because the location is close to home. This is an experience that now requires litigation. It is incomprehensible going in for the same issue Oh and some of the fixes were for the things the shop had replaced on one of the earlier 5 visits. The owners were there on four of the occasions and offered me a ride home. Thanks. Great. But what I really want is for my car to be fixed properly with no additional charges and excuses. Three weeks later.... I turned my AC unit on and to my SURPRISE the air is blowing HOT and it makes an awful sound! This was not a prior issue!!!! I am disgusted with the service I received at AA auto. I now have to take my car to the dealership. I should have done that in the beginning. You never know what you're going to get u til you receive it. Poor service is what I received at AA Auto.
