| - After multiple attempts to contact the management of this establishment and not receiving a return call, I am left with no other choice but to use this avenue to contact them.
I would like to file a formal complaint of sexual harassment on behalf of my fiancé against the pool manager of this hotel, NICK ACCARDO. What started out as a fun day with friends at the pool, turned into a nightmare for her. What was meant to be an enjoyable day quickly turned into one filled with attempted rape, misogyny, and racism.
This hotel and the company they hire to manage their pool is promoting an environment of date-rape culture with an essence of extreme misogamy which is very apparent in your pool manager's attempts to rape my fiancé while she tried to enjoy a day at the pool with her friends. He was filling her full of free drinks and after she was good and intoxicated, he cornered her alone and asked her, and I quote, "are you married?"
She replied "yes, I'm engaged" and his response was "well he is not here, is he?" Then he said, "come up to presidential suite with me and let's fuck, we can be quick" and she replied, "no, fuck you, I told you I'm engaged" and he then told her she needed to leave then so she said "fuck you" again and inadvertently knocked over his table as he was was blocking her way. At this point she went back the pool and tried to just let it go. Well, the spurned pool manager NICK ACCARDO decided he was not going to let it go and asked that security escort her out and then proceeded to call the police in order to make her pay for the bottle that fell when his table fell over.
When the security came and got physical with her, things quickly escalated from there. My fiancé is a young African American and while she was getting beat by your security staff, I couldn't help but sense a hint of racism from your all white staff who tried to tie her up and restrain her like she was some sort of animal all because she refused to be date-raped by your employee. Furthermore, It was your own pool manager, NICK ACCARDO who was pumping her full of free drinks at his "VIP table" in the first place in order to try and force her up into his "presidential suite" that your company has provided to him, per a direct statement from him.
To the management of this company, please contact me to discuss this further as I demand this man be relieved of his duties at your hotel. In the meantime, I will continue to explore all legal options.
