Whenever we stay in Las Vegas my husband always finds his way to Pro Bass. Since I'm in the vehicle, I get to come along. It's off the Silverton Casino where we go to eat once in a while and play a little video poker. Going to Pro Bass is a fun excursion out of the casino setting.
There are taxidermy animals staged in natural looking settings all over the store which is interesting or disturbing depending on your view. There are game fish in tanks that are fascinating to watch including sturgeon, which are my favorite, like watching swimming dinosaurs.
Hubs likes their clothes so he is off looking for pants or flannel shirts while I wander to look at the fish in the aquariums. We both like the camping gear so always look there for something interesting. The store is quite large so you can easily spend an hour looking in the different departments.
Their clothes are tough so they wear well. They carry Carhart and Red Head brands that are good for working. My husband likes that so he is happy he doesn't have to buy them that often. I really haven't found much that I like or need enough to buy there for the prices they charge.
I recommend Pro Bass. It's a fun stop with good outdoor gear. It shows the other side of Las Vegas where camping, hiking and outdoor activities are abundant.
