  • 1. Hinky wi-fi. I can make coffee at home, and I spend money for coffee in order to be able to work in a more social setting. Wi-fi that doesn't work makes a place useless to me. 2. Thumping electronica. I expect a lot of background noise in a coffee shop, particularly one with a lot of hard surfaces, but the sound-track here makes it impossible to think or carry on a conversation. 3. Unhelpful staff. No service mentality. Customers are a drag, not a raison d'être. Attitude persisted ever after I dropped a dollar in the tip jar. 4. High prices -- they charged me $2.50 for a hot tea with one bag... 5. Dirty tables.
