I'm puzzled by the amount of negative experiences with EQ3. I've purchased a number of things from this store and I've never had a problem. For instance, a loveseat bought over six years ago currently sits in my livingroom still looking good. A duvet and pillow cover set still looks and feels fresh which is a feat considering how many times its been washed. Both chests of drawers are still fully functioning though they've been in service for couple years now.
I've lucked out I guess regarding delivery too. Never an issue.
I think everyone acknowledges that EQ3 fills a void somewhere above IKEA and well below Klaus or Avenue Road. Are all products indestructible? Well, no. But the price point is pretty reasonable all things considered.
