  • Horrible staff members at the office, the dispatcher Pamela is very rude and aggressive lady. She uses inappropriate jargon on the phone and literally told me to shut up, and hang up the phone. When i called back she put me on speaker and was rude to me and the driver. I feel very terrible that someone yelled at me on the phone. When i asked if i could speak to the manager she said "I am the manager, you have a problem?". Customer service is below 0. The driver was very nice and professional his name is Oliver.
