| - I had been going to the dentist when I went back home for visits to Ohio, but I figured it was time to get a home town dentist. I heard about this place from a friend who sees Dr. Fuller. I got Dr. Ghandi (not sure how to spell), I figured he would be good too. Anyways I called to schedule a routine cleaning. When I got there I had to wait for 30 min in the waiting room, they took x-Rays and did an exam then told me I would have to reschedule for a cleaning because they didn't have time. I was also told I would have to come back for a filling. However, when I was trying to schedule they couldn't get me in for another month. So I went back a month later and got my filling. I was in a lot of pain the rest of the day which I figured was normal. However, I continued to be sore for the following few days and I now had a gap between by tooth with the filling and the tooth next to it, which was not there before. Food was getting stuck in this gap and my gums were getting very sensitive. My mouth was throbbing all the time so I called to get back in. When I got there Ghandi blamed the problem on the material not his mistake. He told me he needed to redo the filling, but did not explain how or why, he just did it. When he was finished he asked about the bite and I said it felt too high. He said "or your just numb." He filed it down and ask again about the bite as he was already walking away. Needless to say his bed side manner absolutely sucks, he is sloppy, works quickly and carelessly, there was no explanation of the procedure and he was rude to me and the hygienist assisting him.
