Unfortunately I'm upset with the fact that I've already recommended this company to several friends, because their customer service after installation is atrocious. For the last 6 weeks I have been not only dealing with a broken pool heater, but also chasing their service people around since all they do is NO SHOW. On FOUR separate occasions, I have been stood up for service without even a courtesy call to let me know or try to reschedule. Dan never answers his cell phone, and makes promises he doesn't keep. I've spoken to both Emily and Cathy at the headquarters for assistance and have had no success EVEN THOUGH THEY ASSURE ME SOMEONE IS COMING. Not sure what else to do at this point, other than call a new company for help.
