This appointment was a FAIL. They put me in the gown and I waited 1 1/2 hours past my appointment time. Was just walking out when they called. So I changed back into the gown and proceeded with the study. Later tried paying the balance online. System was down multiple times. Tried calling the office to make payment. Was on hold for just under 30 minutes--finally gave up. SMIL used to be an awesome company. But with the acquisition, it went downhill.
