  • Very frank, nice and honest. They weren't able to fix my iPhone, and didn't charge me for the consultation. I do take a star off for communication, as the first time I went back to pick up the phone when I was told it would be ready, they said they hadn't touched it because they had a question for me. So that was a wasted trip. I appreciated their honesty when they told me that I would save money buying a used iPad mini rather than paying them to fix mine.
