  • The sales rep I had was wonderful but had no power for negotiation. I was interested in a Highlander and the "manager" who tried to work a deal with me was insisting there was nothing he could do. I knew a fair price for both the car and my trade in and he wouldn't budge. In addition, he was completely condescending and told me, "why do you want a moon roof anyway." He was trying to talk me into buying a cheaper version of the car. He even had the audacity to suggest I lease the car for payments I want. I walked out and drove all the way to Findlay in Henderson. I ended up buying THE EXACT SAME MODEL that day at their dealership for 5k less than Centennial's "best" offer. Completely disappointing experience. Would highly suggest you try Findlay first!
