  • With an appointment for an oil change they have me waiting over 2 hours already. Will not return here if they can't provide scheduled appointment. People with appointment should be taken first not wait in line as non scheduled ones. Service manager came out and apologized for the long wait time and explained how Toyota must do a complete Check up which is bonus to let one know if additional service might be needed. So his explanation was appreciated. I will return !
