  • THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE!!! Yolanda and Chris promised my sister a clean home with all paint/repairs done prior to move in, but even after double checking with them and being assured by both that everything was good to go, the house was a mess! None of the major appliances were working (stove, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, etc) and no one responded to the emergency maintenance line. The carpet/flooring throughout the house was disgusting and paint had not been complete. She asked for some sort of compensation, but Chris Renna told her she was only after money and compensation wasn't going to happen. I've read the emails he's sent her and cannot believe a business would employ someone who is so unprofessional and rude. He even threatened to sue her for name slander because she reached out to BBB for support (they have a D- rating there). However, my sister only quoted what he said, so there was no slander - what he wrote made himself look bad. After reading other reviews, I'm surprised this company is still up and going and hoping reviews like this help future renters/buyers - preventing frustration and personal time given to a very inadequate business.
