  • We bought some very expensive barstools a few months ago. Primarily my husband and I are the only ones that use them. We started to notice that they were becoming loose at the legs. Chairs became wobbly. Called to get a service man out for the warranty and was informed that they charge $99 just to send someone to the house. Terrible customer service! Will not purchase another item from their stores.
