  • "Experienced" tech came out on a Monday, took measurements of my AC unit area, looked up AC units, then wrote a contract and a loan agreement, before even knowing for sure they could get the correct unit, Then told me 3 days later, when their techs were here w/ the new unit, that it would not fit and they not find one that would!! wasted a week of my time not knowing up front that they could do this!! I called other companies, none of their policies is to write up a contract and make promises they can not follow through on- very poor ethics!!
