  • My lawyer wrote and sent a complaint referring to a horrible flight my mom, boyfriend and I went on a year ago. We were more or less abandonned without any explanation whatsoever of why we weren't going to fly that day. Our plane had a mechanical problem so had to get off that plane and run from one plane to another to later find out that we had to get off the second plane that was, supposingly, going to take us to our destination. My mom is an elderly lady and to top it off, disabled. My heart was broken to see her stressed and tired. We ended up having to sleep over in Memphis. We spent the WHOLE day at the airport without any consideration. I'm still waiting for an apology!!! They don't deserve any ratings. I'm still upset and will never fly with US AIRWAYS again!!!
