  • Hands down the best experience I've ever had at MAC over the many years as a customer, was with my trip yesterday. Anna was such a pleasure! You are lucky to have her! From the moment I stepped in the doors she kindly greeted me and catered to my needs. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. She listened, and provided me with the upmost customer service. I left feeling beautiful (I had a date I showed up for and he even said how great I looked!) with her amazing makeup skills and a smile on my face from her kindness. This is how customer service should be. I will be back for all my future purchases to have Anna's assistance!
