  • Highly dissatisfied. Waited at home all day with my husband while he was repairing the front security door, between 12-2pm the company was scheduled to come by, after 3pm we called the company to see what the deal was. The receptionist said the technician came by at 1230....and no one was home. The entire afternoon our garage was open with our vehicles parked inside, clearly showing we were home. Not to mention my husband was outside working all afternoon. To top it off the receptionist hung up on my husband. Very unprofessional.
