  • One star is generous at best. I have had to deal with this company several times because of my home warranty company sent them out. The will do everything to side with the home warranty company so that the appliance that needs to be fixed is magically not covered. I will no longer allow them to be dispatched to either of my properties again. Yesterday, the technician who came out was not only incredibly rude, he spent a whopping 60 seconds on the call. Never again.
