I live very close to here and pass it all the time but I've never been. When looking for a close Italian restaurant, this was a place I had wanted to try! Getting a table at 6pm on a Sunday was pretty difficult! We waited about 20 mins and found the restaurant to be packed and possibly understaffed. As for the food, wow. Ok, I am not a huge fan of Italian but was desperately craving pasta. Although the pizza looked amazing I was dying to try the parpadelle bolognase....WHOA! It was extremely delicious and exactly what I was craving. My mom got the lasagne and was more than impressed. She said it was one of the best she had ever had!!!! The portions are also absolutely massive. The lasagne could feed a village. We started with the garlic bread which was a bit disappointing. There was no garlic flavor and none of that buttery goodness you expect with garlic bread! We also got the tiramisu and weren't impressed. It was pretty soggy and very intense. Although the start and finish were sub par, the main meal really made up for it! I don't typically order bread or dessert so this was not a deciding factor for me! If you are looking for easy, casual Italian food, I highly recommend Doms! I can't wait to come back!
