  • Another satisfied customer. I was informed by a tenant that the ceiling fan had fallen out of the ceiling. After searching around Yelp I figured with all the positive reviews I would give Dan a try. I was impressed from the minute he picked up the phone. First off he actually answered right away and was very friendly. I told him about my issue and he told me that it should be no problem after I had texted him some pics. Dan made contact with my resident and arranged a time the same day and showed up right on schedule. He fixed the problem in a short amount of time and was very informative about what the issue was. Throughout the whole issue he was communicating with me and always professional. I absolutely without doubt will be keeping his number on my phone for any future issues that may arise knowing I wont have to worry about who I hire or the outcome.
